Acer aspire won't recognize boot usb

I have never done this before, so I do not know how to repair the bootloader.That message above shows that your PC is still trying to boot Windows and can't find Fedora.

I am not trying to set up a dual-boot - I want to replace Windows with Fedora. The application or operating system couldn’t be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors.
